What if there's no work? Do I still get $500?
Yes. $500/week is your floor, guaranteed, regardless. And because we cover back-office costs and insurance on idle days, we’re losing money before you do. We’re motivated to keep you moving.
What's the gross on the truck? What are you making?
Gross varies load to load, and that’s exactly why we moved to the Cost+ model. Your payout is locked at $0.80/mile plus $500/week regardless of what each load pays. Simpler, more predictable, and you never have to worry about a bad rate hurting your take-home.
